Kangia Camp / Greenland

The best arctic char fishing

and konfort in one place. 

Kangia Camp is situated at the top of a plateau in a very  nice spot with a view to Kangia fjord and Kangia river. 

The Camp consists of 1 cabin with kitchen and living room,  1 accommodation cabin with 8 rooms and 2 beds in each room. 2 toilets and a shower.  There can be a maximum of 12 guests at the camp at the same time during the whole fly-fishing season. which goes from the middle of July to the middle of October. 

Kangia Camp is an exclusive fly-fishing camp, the only one in Greenland with international standards and quality. It  offers you a unique experience.

Kangia river is located at the bottom of Kangia fjord, south of Maniitsoq (1½ hours by boat). The camp nestles in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains and wildlife.

A  maximum of 12 people at the same time is the optimal number at the river.

 According to research done by  the ATI school in Maniitsoq, this number of people must be observed to preserve and protect the arctic char stock in the river and  the surrounding area.

The cabins can also be rented before or after the fly-fishing  season for other purposes
